Police investigating the death of a 14-year-old boy in a motorbike crash in Edinburgh are continuing to appeal for the driver of a white Mercedes to contact them.
It's thought the motorist may have witnessed the accident.
The teenager who died has been named by police as Brad Williamson.
He suffered serious head injuries when the motorbike he was riding was in a collision with a car in the city on Friday.
He was taken to the city's Sick Kids Hospital but died from his injuries on Saturday morning.
A passenger on the motorbike, also aged 14, was treated at the same hospital for serious injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.
The crash happened on Silverknowes Road near the junction with Silverknowes Court at around 4pm and involved a white Vertigo motorcycle and a black Toyota Aygo, both heading north.
Flowers have been left at the scene in memory of the youngster.
The 39-year-old driver of the Aygo was uninjured.
Pc Declan Fitzpatrick said: "Our enquiries continue into this collision and our thoughts remain with Brad's family and friends at what is an incredibly difficult time for them.
"We'd ask any witnesses who have not yet come forward to get in touch.
"We're still working to trace the driver of a white Mercedes limousine-style car which was travelling north on Silverknowes Road at the time, and who may be able to assist."
The road was shut for nearly six hours following the crash.
The legal age for riding a motorcycle in the UK starts at 16.
