Sean Flynn faces retrial in Louise Tiffney case

Prosecutors have been given permission to retry Sean Flynn for the murder of Louise Tiffney at Edinburgh's Dean Village in May 2002.

He was acquitted of killing his mother in 2005.

The 43-year-old's remains were found in East Lothian back in April 2017.
