Seal hitches a ride on kayak on the Forth

A kayaker from West Lothian got the seal of approval while out on the Forth - as he was joined on his journey by a unexpected companion.
A curious seal jumped on to Alistair Forrest's kayak as he paddled from Hawes Pier in South Queensferry to Incholm.
The animal followed him and a group of friends for around a mile and he managed to capture the whole encounter on camera.
