Scotland vs Germany: Who are people with split loyalties supporting?
Some people around Glasgow have connections to both countries.
With just over 24 hours to go until Scotland take on Germany in Munich, we're hearing from two football fans in Glasgow with a big connection to both countries.
Michele Gordon was born in Germany and still has family out there and is sharing her memories of the last time the Euros came to town in 2006.
She told Forth 1: "You didn't need a ticket to the game and I think that was the first time these fan zones became really common with screens showing the matches.
"There were also huge stages with live music in between the sporting action."
It was also the first time Michele remembers German flags proudly hanging over balconies.
She added: "That felt like a liberation where people could be honest about supporting their country without worrying about what other people thought.
"We just travelled around and visited everybody we knew."
Duncan Crawford spent decades in Germany after serving in the armed forces and settling down to have a family.
All of his children are German - so will there be tensions?
"My youngest son has some Scottish traits, but my daughter and older son are more German.
"I normally support Germany as long as they are not playing Scotland, but this time I will definitely be showing my support for my home country."
Duncan plans to watch the match with a crowd of people at Bavaria Brauhaus - a German beer hall - in the centre of Glasgow.
He added: "It's a big mix of people, some of the guys don't speak German and want to learn it, some of them want to know about Germany and some of them are German.
"Others, like me, lived there for so long and are bilingual."
