Rangers release pre-season friendly schedule
The Ibrox side have announced details of games they'll play ahead of Champions League qualifying
Rangers say they hope to be playing in front of supporters again soon after announcing they will kick off their pre-season schedule away to Partick Thistle on July 5.
The Ibrox side returned to training on Monday and have announced more matches they'll play ahead of their Champions League qualifiers.
After taking on Partick Thistle, they'll travel to play Tranmere Rovers on July 10.
They'll then head back to Glasgow to host Mikel Arteta's Arsenal side seven days later.
Steven Gerrard's men will then head to Bloomfield Road on July 21 to face newly-promoted Championship side Blackpool.
Rangers also hope to be able to welcome fans back to their games this summer.
In a note to supporters on the club website, they said: "Supporters, as always, are the heart of Rangers Football Club and welcoming our fans back safely to watch the team play is our top priority.
"We are optimistic of being able to invite supporters back to Ibrox this summer and are in close dialogue with the relevant authorities to discuss ways in which fans can safely return to Ibrox and any away fixtures.
"We hope to be able to publish further information in the near future but until that time, we strongly advise supporters not to make any travel plans or commitments related to our summer fixtures".
Rangers will also host an exclusive open training session on July 23 for MyGers members.
