Rangers midfielder Stephen Kelly has completed a move to Livingston.

The 22-year old was surplus to requirements at Ibrox and has been allowed to leave Ibrox on a permanent deal.

He has penned a three-year contract with the Lions.

Kelly was highly rated by those at the club as he rose through the youth ranks and Steven Gerrard awarded him with a three-year deal in September 2018.

The Scotland youth international went on to have loan spells at Ayr United, Ross County and Salford City.

However, he is not part of Giovanni van Bronckhorst's plans going forward.
