UPDATE: Princes Street has now re-opened, according to Police.
Road users are being asked to avoid Edinburgh's Princes Street due to a incident on the busy road.
Police Scotland say the route is closed to traffic.
They say there was "a collision between a bus and a pedestrian."
Emergency services remain at the scene.
