Police trace second man believed to have been involved in fatal M90 crash

The man who died in the collision near Kelty is still to be formally identified

The 14 year old was taken to hospital in Glasgow with serious injuries

Police have traced a second man believed to have been involved in a fatal M90 crash.

Officers found the other missing person yesterday.

They're both believed to have been inside the car at the time of the collision which killed one man.

A Police Scotland statement reads: "We can confirm that both men who were being treated as missing persons following the fatal crash on the M90 near Kelty shortly after 11pm on Sunday night (5th) have now been identified and traced."

"Thanks to everyone who shared our appeals or contacted us with information.

"Inquiries continue to formally identify the man who sadly died in the incident, along with the continuing investigation into the crash itself.

"If you have any information that could help us, please call us on 101, our reference is incident 3379 of 5th January.

Yesterday police helicopters took to the sky in an effort to locate the missing men.
