Police name woman who died in West Lothian road accident
Police have formally named a woman who died in a two vehicle road collision in West Lothian.
48-year-old Angela Bordon was driving her Citroen C1 on the A704 West Calder to Forth Road near Longford at arounf 10.35am on Tuesday when it collided with a Mini Cooper.
She died at the scene.
The 54-year-old driver of the Mini suffered minor injuries and was taken to Wishaw General Hospital.
Angela's family have released the following statement through Police Scotland: "Angela healed and helped everyone she could and will be sorely missed by many."
The investigation into the collision is ongoing and anyone with information who has not already spoken to officers is asked to contact the Road Policing Unit via 101, quoting incident 1014 of 4 July.
