Police Hunt Football Fans Over Offensive Songs On Livingston Bound Train
Police are hunting a group of St Mirren fans who sang religiously offensive and illicit songs'' on a train back from a match, causing delays for other passengers.
The group of around 10 men boarded a Glasgow-bound train at Livingston South station at around 6pm on Saturday after watching their team defeat Livingston 1-0.
British Transport Police (BTP) said they continued to chant and sing religiously offensive and illicit songs throughout the journey'', leading to services being delayed.
CCTV is now being reviewed from the train and the stations and BTP have appealed for any witnesses to contact them.
