Investigation underway following fire at West Lothian property

An investigation is underway after a fire at a property in West Lothian.

The blaze took place on Beechwood Road at around 11.30pm last night.

Emergency services were called to the scene and said that whilst significant damage was caused no injuries have been reported.

Detective Constable Sam Plastow, from Livingston CID, said: “We can be thankful that no one was hurt as a result of this fire.

“As our investigation continues, we are keen to hear from anyone who may have information, or potential CCTV or dashcam footage from the area.

“If you believe you can assist our enquiries, please call police on 101, quoting incident 0047 of 28 May, 2023.”
