Police appeal for information following assault at Hibs match
Officers have released CCTV image of a man they are keen to identify

Police Scotland have launched an appeal to help identify a man following an assault that happened at Hibernian’s stadium.
They have released CCTV images of the man and say that he may be able to assist them with their ongoing investigation.
The incident took place at Easter Road on the 7th of August 2022, during the first Edinburgh Derby of the season.
Hibs and Hearts drew 1-1 on the day, with Martin Boyle scoring a last minute equaliser for the hosts.
Police Scotlandsay the man is described as white, with short dark hair and stubble and wearing a dark green/brown top.
No further details regarding the assault have been shared.
Police Constable Luke Wilson said: “Officers are keen to speak to the man in the image as they believe he will be able to assist with their enquiries.
“The man pictured or anyone who recognises him, or anyone with any information is asked to contact Police Scotland via 101. Alternatively, please call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where you can give information anonymously.”
