There's a call for actors and community groups to come forward to play a role in a massive Easter performance in Edinburgh.

The Passion Play will be staged across 72 hours at various venues including a nightclub, art gallery, the Scottish Parliament and even a police box.

It'll end with a big show at the Hibs ground Easter Road.

Hundreds of people are need to pull it off and organisers say they want to hear from performers of all levels of experience.

The show will tell the Easter story in real time, starting with the Last Supper on Thursday, 9th April until the Resurrection on Sunday, 12th April.
