Hearts confirm Steven Naismith as official manager after management shake-up
Frankie McAvoy will become assistant boss once again
Hearts have confirmed that Steven Naismith is now their Head Coach whilst Frankie McAvoy is their assistant boss once more.
In a management shake-up that was widely expected, the two have reverted to their previous roles from the end of last season.
At the beginning of this campaign the Tynecastle club announced McAvoy as manager and Naismith as technical director due to UEFA ruling.
Naismith is yet to achieve his UEFA Pro Licence, which is required for all coaches taking charge of sides in European competition.
With Hearts now out of the Europa Conference League, the management restructure has been completed.
The Jambos host Aberdeen after the international break.
They are currently in eighth place with four points from four games.
