Last updated 30th Apr 2024
PFA Scotland have revealed Derek McInnes, Tony Docherty and John McGlynn are on the Manager of the Year shortlist.
Kilmarnock look poised to secure fourth place under McInnes and head into the European qualifiers at the start of the next season.
The Rugby Park side have also beaten both Celtic and Rangers this campaign.
Tony Docherty has impressed in his first season as a manager - securing a top six finish with Dundee.
The Dens Park side are also in with a shout of finishing in a European place despite only being promoted back to the Premiership last summer.
John McGlynn's Falkirk have stormed to the League One title this season.
Avoiding defeat at home to Alloa Athletic this weekend would also mean a full unbeaten league campaign.
SWPL 1 managers and coaches have voted for their peers for the first time this season.
Rangers boss Jo Potter is on the shortlist alongside Partick Thistle's Brian Graham and Grant Scott of Hibernian.
Potter's Rangers side are still in the hunt for a domestic treble after winning the Sky Sports Cup.
Brian Graham has led his side to a top half finish while also being top scorer in the Scottish Championship for the Jags' men's team.
Hibernian made it to the Sky Sports Cup final under Grant Scott and currently sit fifth in SWPL1.
The winners will be announced at Sunday's PFA Scotland awards dinner.
