Man seen with missing Fiona McMaster urged to contact police
Police are appealing for information about a man seen with a woman who has been missing for a fortnight.
Fiona McMaster, 41, was reported missing having last been seen outside Marks and Spencer in Morningside Road in Edinburgh at around 4.40pm on August 8.
She has since failed to return home or make contact with family or friends.
Police now believe she is in the Glasgow area after she was seen with a man buying food in the Key Store on Great Western Road on Sunday August 12.
Officers have released a photo of the man and want anyone who can identify him to get in touch.
Inspector Graeme Nisbet said: As part of our ongoing investigation we are eager to trace this male and Fiona as soon as possible, to ensure Fiona is safe and well.
We ask anyone who may have seen Fiona or they believe they know where either Fiona, or this man, can be found is urged to come forward.
I would also ask that Fiona get in touch with us, or with family or friends, and let us know she is alright.''
Ms McMaster is white, around 5ft 7in tall with a heavy build and shoulder-length dark brown curly hair.
She was last seen wearing a red fleece and a grey jumper with a pink t-shirt underneath and grey trainers. She was carrying a dark rucksack and a large shopping bag.
