Man in court over rape in Kelty

A man has appeared in court in connection with the rape of a woman in a car in Fife.

The incident was reported at about 11.15pm on Monday July 6 when a woman was found in Limepark Crescent, Kelty.

She told officers she had been attacked shortly before within a car.

Mostafizur Rahman appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Tuesday.

The 42-year-old made no plea and was released on bail.
