Man charged with murder after body found in house in West Lothian
49-year-old Bertie Hall has been charged with the murder of another man at Livingston Sheriff Court today.
A man has appeared in court charged with murder after the body of another man was discovered in a house in West Lothian.
Police were called to the property in West Main Street, Whitburn, at around 3.30pm on Tuesday after the 30-year-old was found dead.
Bertie Hall was charged with murder when he appeared at Livingston Sheriff Court today.
The 49-year-old made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody.
