Man Arrested After Shots Fired Outside Gilmerton House

A man has been arrested after shots were fired at a house in the capital.

The incident happened on Gilmerton Dykes Avenue, Edinburgh, between 5am and 7am on Monday.

Nobody was injured but damage was caused to the property.

Police said a 24-year-old man has been arrested. He is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court tomorrow.
