UPDATE: Man arrested in connection with Aimee Jane Cannon murder

A 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a woman in West Calder this past weekend

Police Scotland have arrested a man in connection with the murder of Aimee Jane Cannon in West Calder.

On Monday evening (May 9th) Police said they had launched an investigation into the 26-year-olds death.

She was found seriously injured in a property on Learmonth Crescent around 6.35pm on Saturday, 7 May.

Now a 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection with her murder.

Enquiries remain ongoing following the arrest.
