Daizen Maeda, Callum McGregor, Simon Murray and Nectar Triantis nominated for SFWA Player of the Year

Daizen Maeda, Callum McGregor, Simon Murray and Nectar Triantis have been nominated for Scottish Football Writers' Association Player of the Year award.

Hibs boss David Gray, John McGlynn of Falkirk, Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers and Aberdeen gaffer Jimmy Thelin are in contention for the William Hill Manager of the Year prize.

Motherwell's Lennon Miller, Hearts' striker James Wilson and Kilmarnock duo Bobby Wales and David Watson are the DoubleTree by Hilton Young Player of the Year nominees.

Maeda has won the PFA Scotland award last week, with McGlynn and Miller winning their respective categories as well.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Sunday May 18.
