It has not been an easy journey for Rose from Edinburgh, who was diagnosed as HIV positive at the age of 67.

She was ill with pneumonia and the last thing medical professionals thought to test her for was HIV.

Now, at the age of 75 she has been on treatment and is living a 'normal' life, but is urging others to get tested during European HIV testing week.
