The owner of one of Edinburgh's last independent music venues is telling Forth News he believes live music in the capital is being "shunned".

John McWilliams, who runs the Liquid Rooms, says there is no longer any belief in the scene.

It comes after the recent closure of venues such as the Caley Picture House and Electric Circus.
