Do You Know This Woman? Transport Police Appeal After Theft

British Transport Police released a CCTV image of a woman thay are looking for following a theft on the Edinburgh to Glasgow train.

It is believed that she may be able to assist with enquiries following a high-value theft of a passenger's personal property from a train travelling between Edinburgh and Glasgow on Monday, 26th of October. The incident occurred on the 18.45 Edinburgh Waverley to Glasgow Queen Street service and the woman alighted from the train when it arrived at Falkirk High station. Detective Constable Andrew Shields, the BTP officer in charge of the enquiry, said: "I am appealing to anyone who recognises the woman shown in the photograph to contact me as a matter of urgency."
