Things You Must Do Before The Fringe Arrives!

With all eyes looking to August when the Fringe arrives at Edinburgh, it is easy to think that there's not much on in the capital around the months of June and July. But think again! There's lots to do and see in Edinburgh over the coming weeks, were talking Dinosaurs, film, magic and much more!

Dinosaurs Return! At Edinburgh Zoo (01 June- 30 November)

With the Jurassic Park franchise making a reappearance at cinemas this summer your kids are sure to love this latest exhibition at Edinburgh Zoo! Looking to promote awareness of present day endangered species facing threat of extinction, this exhibit features life size animatronic creatures!

Edinburgh International Magic Festival (26 June- 4 July)

MagicFest is a festival dedicated to the performance of magic and illusion, bringing amazing performances to Edinburgh audiences leaving them simply spell bound! Edinburgh Castle Concerts (Throughout July)

July is set to be a brilliant month for live music in Edinburgh, so why not head to Edinburgh Castle to see one of your favorite acts in this iconic setting? With The Vamps playing on the 18th, Lionel Ritchie on the 22nd and Boyzone on the 25th there's an act for all! Head over to Ticketmaster now to book, but be quick as these shows are likely to sell out fast!

The Edinburgh Festival Carnival (Date TBC)

The Edinburgh Festival Carnival is back this year with Portuguese drummers, Zambian dancers and even dragons from China! With the parade heading from the mound down to the west end why not go see the show? If you're a performer why not take part? To find out more, visit their website.
