'Footage Attack' Girls,14, Charged

Two schoolgirls have been arrested and charged in connection with an assault on another girl that was apparently filmed.

Footage posted online appears to show a girl being repeatedly kicked.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: Two 14-year-old girls have been arrested and charged following an assault on another girl in Pilton on Friday January 9.

Both will be reported to the Children's Reporter.''
