Firefighters worked through the night after an Edinburgh building burst into flames.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) were called around 9pm last night to reports of flames coming from a building on Longstone Road.
Video footage on social media shows flames coming from the roof and smoke billowing from the building.
Firefighters worked on the blaze until after 4:30am when an inspection was carried out.
Photos taken this morning show how the roof of the building has been ravaged by the fire, with the glass of the windows on the top floor missing.
A SFRS spokesperson said: "We had a call at 20:56 in a two storey building, approximately 20x10 meters.
"The building's roof was alight.
"We had a main jet, a hose reel jet and a turntable ladder was used as a water tower.
"There were four pumping appliances along with the turntable ladder.
"At 04:40 a stop message was received, and we started an inspection of the building, the matter as now been passed over to Police Scotland."
The cause of the fire, of if there were any injuries, are not known at this time.
Police remain on the scene this morning as investigations are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 9.10pm on Sunday, 13 February, police were called to a derelict building on Longstone Road, Edinburgh, following a report of a fire.
"Enquiries to establish the circumstances are at an early stage."
