Falkirk have completed the signing of former Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths on a deal until the end of the season.
The Scotland international was released by the Parkhead side last month after spending the first half of the season on loan at Dundee.
The 31-year old signed a new one-year deal at Parkhead last summer, but was deemed surplus to requirements after 123 goals in 261 appearances acros eight years.
Griffiths rejected an offer from James McPake to stay at Dens Park and has opted for a move to League One instead.
Falkirk boss Martin Rennie has made the move as they target a spot in the promotion play-offs this season.
Rennie told the club's official website: “I’m delighted that we’ve been able to bring Leigh to the club.
"He’s a very talented player who has scored goals throughout his career, and I think the timing has worked out really well for both the club and the player to come in and get playing games, and I’m sure scoring goals.”
Griffiths added: “I’m really happy to be here.
"Martin (Rennie) and Kenny (Miller) made it clear that they thought I could help them with the club’s promotion push.
"For me it’s about getting back enjoying football again and helping the team push up the league.”
