Elderly man dies after falling into water at Leith harbour

An elderly man has died after falling in to the water at Leith Harbour.
Emergency services were called to Ocean Terminal at around 10pm yesterday (13 July) after the man was seen entering the water.
The man was removed from the water and taken to Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh but he passed away a short time later.
Inquiries into the full circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing.
