Edinburgh announced that 23-year-old Dell has agreed a two-year contract, while his fellow Scotland-qualified forward Berghan, 25, is on board for at least another season.
Alan Solomons, the Edinburgh head coach, said: Allan is a very talented young player who, I have no doubt, will make his mark in Scottish rugby.
