The Edinburgh Dog and Cat home has revealed more than £1,000 has been donated to the charity over the weekend in memory of Paul O'Grady.
The renowned animal lover died suddenly last week aged 67.

In a tweet on the Home's official page, they said: "Over the weekend, over £1000 has been donated to the Home, as well as multiple direct debit donations set up, in memory of animal lover Paul O’Grady.
"We are incredibly grateful that people have chosen to honour him through our work"
