East Lothian Fire Crew Injured After Truck Comes Off Road
A fire crew were injured when their vehicle left the road en route to a crash.
Six firefighters were taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary following the accident on the A198 between Ballencrieff and Longniddry in East Lothian last night.
The Haddington crew were responding to a report of a crash when their appliance came off the road at around 9.25pm. No other vehicles were involved.
The extent of the crew's injuries is not known.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said Police Scotland are investigating the cause of the incident.
