Several cars have been left submerged in water at a Dunfermline ASDA as heavy rain and flooding hits Scotland.
Emergency services are on the scene to remove water and attempt to recover the vehicles.
We're told there are no casualties.
A yellow weather warning for rain currently covers most of Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and Falkirk.
Flooding has also caused issues for motorists across central Scotland, with Police having to close particular routes to vehicles.
The flooding in the ASDA car park also stretches out into Halbeath Road, making the junction and retail park totally inaccessible.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 9.45am on Friday, December 30 to reports of flooding on Halbeath Road, Dunfermline”
“Operations Control immediately mobilised two appliances and water rescue teams to the scene where firefighters are working to remove flood water and a number of vehicles in difficulty”
“Crews remain on scene and there are no reported casualties.”
Inspector Graham Watson from Police Scotland said: “Due to the adverse weather a number of roads in the Dunfermline area are being affected by water.
“We are in attendance at the Asda car park in Halbeath Road, Dunfermline, to assist colleagues from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, as some vehicles have become stuck.
“Please take care on the roads and be aware that road closures may be in place across the region and delays are likely.”
