Brussels Lockdown: 'Surreal' Says Linlithgow Ex-pat Based In Belgium
Brussels is at its highest terror threat level amid new atrocity fears, as the search for the man behind the Paris attacks Salah Abdeslam continues.
Forth News has been talking to Tour Guide operator Fraser Gilmour who is originally from Linlithgow and has been living in Brussels for the last two and a half years.
He says the lockdown is affecting the company he works for, Sandemans New Europe, which takes tourists round the city on walking tours.
The level terror alert in Brussels will remain in place for at least another day and the city's metro and schools will not reopen before Wednesday.
This brings uncertainty for the hundreds of people there, like Fraser, who are not leaving their homes in the wake of the threats.
