Our Break The Cycle campaign has hit Holyrood today.

For the past few months we've been investigating the issue of motorbike crime in north Edinburgh and the impact it has on local lives.

Last summer 14-year-old Brad Williamson died while joyriding on Silverknowes Road and his Aunt spoke exclusively to Forth News calling for an end to the dangerous behaviour.

On the back of our campaign, Police Scotland launched extra resources in the area to tackle the issue and Edinburgh Council committed to helping tackle the issue.

Now, Edinburgh Northern and Leith MSP has raised our work and the issue in First Minister Questions, asking the First Minister about what she plans to do the tackle it.

You can hear her response here:

This campaign started with the exclusive interview with the Aunt of 14-year-old Brad Williamson. He died in June 2016 while joyriding on the capital's Silverknowes Road. She called for the dangerous behaviour to end. You can listen to her interview again here:
