Bookies rank West Lothian band second favourite for Christmas number 1
The King Lot are releasing a single in aid of MS Society Scotland.
Bookmakers have ranked a rock band from West Lothian the second favourites to secure the coveted Christmas number 1 slot.
The King Lot - made up of longtime friends Jason Sweeney, Michael Fairbairn and Chris Gillon - are teaming up with social group The Jolly Boys to release a cover of Wings, originally by US band Tyketto.
It'll be released on the 14th of November, and is currently ranked second behind the winner of the X Factor to secure the festive top spot.
If they're successfuly they'll be the first Scottish act to become Christmas number one since Leon Jackson, who topped the charts in 2007 with "When You Believe".
