Arrest made following man's death after disturbance in Kirkcaldy
It follows an incident on Saturday.
A man has been arrested after a man died following a disturbance.
James Beveridge, 41, was found injured after police were called to reports of a disturbance at Farne Court, Kirkcaldy, Fife, shortly after 6pm on Saturday.
He was taken by ambulance to the town's Victoria Hospital where he later died.
Police said that a 45-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death.
He is expected to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court today.
