Ambulance overturns on way to emergency call in West Lothian

An ambulance has overturned after a two-vehicle collision at a West Lothian crossroad early this morning.
Emergency services were called to Whitburn Cross in Bathgate just after 6.40am where they found an ambulance rolled on its side after a collision with a Ford Ranger.
The ambulance was on route to an emergency call but was carrying no patients and police have confirmed no one was injured.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesman said: "Responding to a call-out, an ambulance was involved in a collision with another vehicle at Whitburn Cross at 6.43am this morning.
"There were no injuries to the ambulance crew or the driver of the other vehicle.
"Another ambulance was quickly dispatched to deal with the original call in Bathgate."
