Over 70,000 people attended the 2017 Edinburgh International Film Festival.

It was the festival's 70th anniversary year and the sixth consecutive year that it grew in popularity.

The 12-day event included over 150 features from 46 different countries.

Stars such as Stanley Tucci, Kevin Bacon and Richard E Grant also attended the festival.

Inaugurated in 1947, Edinburgh International Film Festival is the world's longest continually-running film festival.

It was a great year for UK talent also. We spoke to Josh O'Connor at the UK premiere of 'God's Own Country'.
