19-year-old dies after falling through roof of Edinburgh school

A 19-year-old man has died after falling through the roof of an Edinburgh school.

Police were called to St Mary's Primary School on East London Road shortly before 5am on Sunday after reports of a man falling through the roof.

There they found the man - named locally as Josh Wilson - and he was rushed to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. He sadly succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday.

A report will now be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
