12 year-old boy struck by a car outside Fife caravan park
His condition is unknown
A 12 year-old boy was taken to the hospital after being struck by a car outside a caravan park in Fife.
Emergency services were called last night around 7.05pm to the A921, outside the Pettycur Bay Caravan Park in Kinghorn.
The boy was taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, although his condition is still unknown.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 7.05pm on Sunday 16 July, to a report of a crash involving a car and a pedestrian on the A921 outside the Pettycur Bay Caravan Park in Kinghorn, Fife.
“Emergency services attended and the pedestrian, a 12-year-old boy, was taken by ambulance to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.
“The road was closed and re-opened around 9.50pm.”
