Taylor Swift announces UK tour and pre-sale tickets

In a hugely exciting update for Swifties, Taylor Swift has confirmed an upcoming UK tour! As we count down the days until 'Midnights' gets released on 21st October, it's been revealed that fans can get early access to tickets for her forthcoming shows.
The official Taylor Swift website was updated on 17th October to share the news that fans who pre-order 'Midnights' will receive a code to get pre-sale access for her upcoming shows. While no dates have been announced yet, it's no surprise that fans were thrilled by the news and flocked to the website, with so many people heading to the website that it crashed.
The notice on the website reads: 'Pre-order the new Taylor Swift album 'Midnights' on any format from the official UK store to get special presale code access for forthcoming and yet to be announced Taylor Swift UK show dates.'
As well as sharing some other information about recieving the code, they announced that orders would need to be placed before 5am BST on 21st October to get the pre-sale code access.
In response to the surprising news, fans shared their reactions about getting tickets on Twitter, with one fan writing: 'I'LL SEE TAYLOR SWIFT ON HER 2023 TOUR THIS IS ME MANIFESTING' and another adding: 'Taylor Swift is officially going on tour for the first time in 5 years! It’s finally HAPPENING. 🤯 #TSmidnighTS'. (sic)
This will be her first time touring since her 2018 'Reputation Tour', so it's no wonder fans are super exciting to see her perform live!

Where is Taylor Swift performing on her 'Midnights' tour?
Although no specific locations have been shared, we do know Taylor will be coming to the UK!
While we wait for more news to be shared about the tour, we still have plenty to look forward to, as 'Midnights' will be released on 21st October, along with a number of other special releases, including the music video for 'Anti-Hero' and a 'special very chaotic surprise'.

Taylor Swift
In the lead-up to her 'Midnights' album being released on 21st October, the official Taylor Swift website confirmed that the singer would be heading on a UK tour.
Although no exact dates were announced, they did reveal that fans that pre-ordered the album through the website would get an access code for the tour ticket pre-sale.
Lewis Capaldi
Following on from his return to music with 'Forget Me', Lewis Capaldi revealed his second album 'Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent' would be released on 19th May. At the same time, he revealed he would be heading on tour across the UK in January and February 2023.

Alongside the announcement of their upcoming album 'Gloria', Sam Smith revealed they are heading out on tour in April-May 2023, performing dates in Sheffield, London, Glasgow, Birmingham, and Manchester. Tickets are now on sale from Aloud.com.

Maroon 5 are heading on tour across Europe and the UK in 2023. They have a huge show at The O2 in London on 3rd July.
