Liam Payne delights fans with tweets about 'best mate' Louis Tomlinson

They've gone from seeing each other almost every day to living in different countries, but former One Direction singers Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson reconciled yesterday, leaving fans delighted.
Liam and Louis met up whilst Louis was in the country, and now Liam has documented just how much he loves the 'Just Hold On' hit-maker in a series of messages posted to his Twitter account.
Calling Louis 'one of his best mates', Liam wrote, 'Updates updates ... where do I start yesterday I saw one of my best mates the kind you have for life ... been so long since we had see. each other and it’s that feeling when it seems like nothing changed we just missed a few years between us ...' sic
Liam then added, 'So proud of what we have become never fails to make me smile...🙏🏼'.
Although Liam didn't directly mention Louis, fans of the pair knew he was talking about the 26-year-old after a cheeky Twitter conversation yesterday.
Louis wrote, '@LiamPayne wake up d---head and give me a ring !', with Liam swiftly responding by saying, 'I’ve been up for hours you k--- I was running late and I’m just about to reply to your text 🤷🏻♂️'. sic
After Liam's most recent tweets about Louis, fans of the pair went into meltdown, admitting how 'proud' they are of both of the boys...
Maybe they were discussing parenting tips? Whilst Liam became a dad for the first time in March 2017, when his girlfriend Cheryl welcomed baby Bear into the world, Louis' ex-girlfriend Brianna Jungwirth gave birth to his son Freddie in January 2016.
Meanwhile, Liam is currently promoting his brand new single 'Familiar' with Colombian singer J Balvin.
Ahead of the release last Friday, Liam popped in for a chat with our Entertainment Team and told us about the struggles of working away from Bear, his relationship with Cheryl and his solo music.
