Vicky Pattison reveals how she coped with depression
The queen of the I'm a Celeb jungle opened up on Lorraine.
Vicky Pattison has opened up about how she overcame depression which left her feeling suicidal.
The star, who was crowned the winner of I’m a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! in 2015, spoke on Lorraine about having ‘dark moments’.
She said: "Honestly there is no magic trick to when you feel down, it’s just one of those things where you have to dig deep and I am very fortunate that I have a brilliant mum, lovely sister and gorgeous support structure around me.
"I also have life coaches and I am not ashamed to admit that. They really helped me get so much clarity. And it's good for me to go home to Newcastle. Newcastle will always be my home and it's nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of London."

The reality star added "I think one of the things that really helped me, which a lot of people underestimate, is exercise. I cannot preach the benefits of exercise enough."
She went on to admit that she didn’t take being a role model seriously when she was younger but said that she tries to be mindful about how she presents herself now.
The 28-year-old had previously revealed in her book, 'Nothing But The Truth', that she'd contemplated suicide after she and former colleague Holly Hagan were accused of assaulting a model.
The reality star rose to fame on Geordie Shore and appeared on nine seasons before leaving in 2014.
Since winning I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! the television personality returned to Geordie Shore for a special two-part episode and has recently become a permanent panellist on Loose Women.
