Strictly Come Dancing stars claim the show is 'fixed'
Following Jamelia's rant about Peter Andre
After Jamelia accused Strictly of being 'fixed' we've had a look at some of the other stars who've made the same claim.
Jamelia claimed BBC bosses had re-recorded the crowd’s reaction to Peter Andre’s dance when she and the singer were in the bottom two and faced a dance off.
Although she scored higher than Andre, three of the judges sent her home.
"These extra opportunities to capture audience reaction are standard practice in recording TV shows of this nature."
She told a national newspaper "Some of the marking is way off. People are over-marked and under-marked.
"All the pros talk about the marking. We ask each other, 'What is all that about? Why are they trying to over-mark that person?'"
It’s rumoured that her comments annoyed senior staff and she’ll never be able to work for the BBC again.
Meanwhile her husband James Jordan, who also starred on the show as a professional dancer, was furious about the incident.
But Peter Andre responded saying that he understood why the dancer was upset and that he didn't get the highest score nor did he close the show.
He told a national newspaper that he thought the BBC would ‘spread the minorities around’ and claimed he wouldn’t get far because he didn’t have a ‘BBC’ face like Jeremy Vine.
He was the second contestant to be voted off this series.
It's the 13th series of the show.
