Hugh Laurie talks to us about Tomorrowland
Hugh Laurie stars alongside George Clooney and rising star Britt Robertson in Tomorrowland: A World Beyond.
Based on the themed land found in many of Disney's theme parks, the film is about Disney's 1950s vision of the future.
Hugh joined the production in February 2013 and filming started later that year. His character, David Nix, is a brilliant scientist who Laurie describes as "only interested in the more utilitarian platform of research; life for him is an endless scientific quest".
Hugh enjoyed working alongside George Clooney for this production, "he is so funny and energetic and clever and kind" he said, "he wants people to have a good time", something which was confirmed when we interviewed Britt Robertson.
It's been three years since the hit TV show House finished and Hugh told In:Demand's Jo Parkerson how when the director shouts "action" he still starts limping!
