The 1-0 Premiership win over Ross County made it four consecutive top-flight victories for the first time since 1977, the year Jags boss Archibald was born.
A home win over St Johnstone on Saturday would make it five for the first time since 1972, and Archibald believes the supporters should be proud of the form which has taken them into seventh place, behind Dundee on goal difference.
The former Thistle defender said: "It is incredible. The four wins were in 1977, I was born that year.
"It is great for the fans, it gives them something to be proud of.
"We have had a lot of bad statistics put against us over the last few years so it gives the fans a chance be a bit prouder.
"It has been fantastic. There is good confidence about the club at the moment and Monday mornings are much better than they were earlier in the season.
"We are playing well and getting a slice of luck as well although I think that comes with working hard.
"Earlier on in the season weren't getting that luck. We were hitting bars and posts and you saw it on Saturday, we worked ever so hard and got a bit of luck with an own goal which I thought we deserved.
"It (a fifth win) would be fantastic, it would be great for the fans if we can go and do it against a quality St Johnstone team."
Archibald is aware that after hosting fourth-placed Saints, who have won their last seven away games in all competitions, his side travel to face second-placed Aberdeen and then leaders Celtic.
He said: "After the last international break we touched on it with the players, knowing we had a run of games against all the teams all around us and if we could put together a run together it would hold us in good stead going into these tough three games.
"And none will be harder than St Johnstone who are probably the form team of the league away from home.
"They have been fantastic and I don't think Tommy Wright gets the credit he deserves.
"He has changed the team from a team who were hard to break down last season to a team that is free-scoring and who have a fantastic away record."
