Pro-independence protestors are campaigning for their right to stay camped outside the Scottish Parliament until Scotland becomes an independent country.

Legal arguments that could see them forced to leave the site - where they've been based since November - will be heard on the 24th of March.

That's the date Scotland would have become independent if the country had voted "yes" in the referendum.

Holyrood officials believe the group do not have permission to camp on the public space outside the Parliament building, and are preventing others from using it.
