A short video of a cat with a 'Northern Irish' accent has been viewed hundreds of thousands of times across social media channels.

Michael Allen from Derry/Londonderry shared the video with the caption: "I swear my brother's cat has a Northern Ireland accent. Aye."

The clip shows Leo the cat looking up at its owner when asked: "Are you a good boy?"

Then Leo replies with a wholesome "Aye" 🤣
