If you’ve ever dreamt or needed a reason to run away and join the circus, here it is!

Tom Duffy's Circus has several exciting positions available, including clowns and general circus operatives.

The Tom Duffy Circus is home to the Wheel of Death and the Double Wall Trampoline.

With Covid-19 restrictions lifting cross Ireland and Northern Ireland, the team are preparing to set off on the open road, fully staffed.

The job vacancy bulletin posted on social media and has gone viral since with over 1,000 shares! Competition for the roles will be fierce – get your red nose and oversized shoes at the ready. Let the circus games…begins!

It reads: "JOB OPPORTUNITIES: Ireland’s favourite circus will soon be back on the road, touring towns and cities across the country.

"We now have vacancies for the following posts:

HGV Drivers - experience pulling trailers is required.

Billers - experienced billers are required to complement our billing team. Mechanics - preferably with previous experience in a Circus

Electricians - preferably with previous experience in a Circus. General Circus Operatives - previous Circus experience preferred

Clowns - you must be hilarious......no old jokes accepted!!"

The job advert does state that it would prefer candidates who have previous relevant experience in whichever role they are applying for,

They also mention that for most roles, they’ll offer good quality accommodation, and a fun working environment. What more could you ask for?
